Our consulting and training process is led by Thato Jafta Mahlangu, a qualified OD ETDP practitioner, registered NLP life coach, holds a degree in HRM. His work experience spans over a period of 15 years in the coal-mining sector. Mr. Mahlangu is a qualified skills development facilitator (SDF) and assessor. He’s also a philanthropist.
